TRASNOCHANDO, first international tango marathon in Beijing

Grand Temple Milonga on November 20th.

We are organizing a Grand Milonga in honor of Ernesto and Rika. Join us on Saturday, Nov. 20th, at the beautiful Hong'en Temple. Ernesto & Rika will perform Tango Salon and Tango Show pieces. Embassy Milonga: what a night!

Thanks to Valeria Rabaglia who welcomed us at the Embassy, to Tayfun as excellent DJ and to Leonel and Analia who gave us a spectacular performance, the Grand Milonga at the Argentine Embassy was a big success with nearly 90 people attending and most staying as late as they could.Many thanks to each and everyone of you for making this first ever milonga in the Embassy an historical evening!

Stefanie is leaving, Daisy is coming: let's party!

As most of you know already, Stefanie will be relocating to Taipei this summer. She won't be far, but she will be away and we are going to miss her very much, as a Tango organizer and as a friend. Daisy Zhang, a long time Beijing tango dancer who just moved back to Beijing from Shanghai will take over from Stefanie, working with Michael and Gwen who are still around! Temple Milonga on March 20th

The welcome Milonga for Andres and Isabel will take place in the now famous 700-year old Hong 'En Temple. Milongas at Sino Chu Wine Bar

We hold two milongas a week, on Thursday and Sunday, from 9:00PM to midnight. Entrance is free but we encourage attendants to order beers, home-made drinks, organic wines or just tea from the bar who welcomes us. Dinner is also available (western fare), either at the restaurant dowstairs (nice terrace in summer !) or in the milonga room upstairs.
